Predicted Gender in segmentation
Segment shoppers by a predicted gender based on their first name.
Predicted gender is based on census data matched to first names, the same approach used elsewhere. It is not relevant for every store, but some verticals rely on it heavily, so if you segment this way today you can now do it inside Instant.
- A new filter on a shopper's profile that predicts a shopper's gender based on their first name
- Go to Shoppers > Add Filter > Profile Attribute > Predicted Gender
