Remind customers to reorder before they run out
Merchants can now turn on a Replenishment flow that reminds each customer to reorder a product just before they usually run out.
- **The problem:** customers who would buy again often forget, or buy from someone else, before they think to reorder. - **The fix:** a timely, personal reminder brings them back at the right moment for each product. - **Who benefits:** merchants who sell products that customers use up and rebuy, such as skincare, supplements, food, coffee and pet care. - **Built-in revenue estimate:** merchants can see the expected reorder revenue before they turn the flow on. - **No setup work:** Instant finds the right products and the right timing.
- *New Replenishment flow:* go to Flows → Retention → Replenishment. It sends up to 3 reminder emails about the product that the customer is due to reorder. It starts off, and you turn it on with "Enable flow".
- *Reorder times from your own orders:* Instant reads your store's orders and learns how often customers buy each product again. Repeat customers get reminders timed to their own buying pattern.
- *Insights tab:* see your top reorder products, how often each one is reordered, the estimated reorder revenue, and how many reminders are due in the next 7 days.
- *Your products, your control:* in "Your products" on the Insights tab, turn reminders on or off for each product, change its days between orders, or add a product that Instant did not choose.
- *Suggested products:* a product that starts to qualify after you turn on the flow shows as "Suggested". It gets no reminders until you turn it on, so nothing is emailed that you did not review.
- *Hint on the Flows page:* the Replenishment card shows "Found N products that customers reorder".
- *Written by AI:* the subject line, preview text and body copy are written for each customer and each product. The emails use your universal header and footer if you set them up.
