Apply for an alphanumeric sender ID in Instant, so your Australian SMS shows your brand name instead of a phone number.
A phone number gives your shoppers nothing to recognise before they open a text. A sender ID puts your brand name in the sender line, so they know who the message is from at a glance. Sender IDs in Australia have to be registered with ACMA, and your authorised representative has to confirm Instant's authorisation before anything sends from your brand name. While that is in progress, any numeric number on your account keeps sending, so you do not lose SMS during the switch.
